碱性清洁剂（比如除油剂、除蜡水、全能清洁剂），清洗见效较慢，但不会损伤墙面，对人、物、环境危害较小。
Alkaline cleaners (such as degreaser, dewaxing water and all-round cleaner) have slow cleaning effect, but will not damage the wall, and do little harm to people, objects and the environment.
所以清洗外墙我们建议少用酸，尤其是不能用强酸。用碱性清洁剂，建议使用性能优良、高浓度的碱性清洁剂来清洗外墙，这样清洗后的效果就会大幅提高，同时又不会损伤外墙表面。
